Remember the FAQ journal I uploaded some days ago?
Some of you asked whether I was working on other comics beside Chakra, and well, I wanted to say that I am!
Don't worry, I'm absolutely not going to slow or stop Chakra for this reason. Besides, the new comic is still at a primeval leve, I am yet to find a consistent plot and the characters are still under construction.
Still, I have made this short speedpaint of the main character, a leopard called Africa.

New Speedpaint of AFRICA! New character revealed!Hey there guys, it's me again, with yet another speedpaint of my upcoming project "Africa".
I'm still trying to define character designs, and I'm at that point in the story when one realizes that the plot is complete bullshit. So, meh, I may change it ;_;
Anyway, this is Africa the leopard and DUN DUN DUN! A new character debuting next to her: Mondo the serval cub. I won't say anything that may betray spoilers, so I'll leave their relationship to your imagination for now

Africa's design is pretty much decided, but Mondo's one is still in revision. Also, I've been testing lighting and shading with a colour different than black -namely blue. I think it's a lovely effect, don't you? I may use this on the next page of Chakra too!^^

UnLeashedWell my series is about dogs and the title had "leash" in it so I though I could do that as a pun or something XD Anywayzzzzz, teh storeh:
The cold rain splatterd on Vikki's spine, sending small shivers through her body. She kept looking above her head, searching for anything that could provide shelter from the splatters. There didn't seem to be anything in the alley. Her paws splashed in a puddle, startling her. She halted and looked at the gravel beneath and inbetween her toes. Vikki let out a sigh, there was nowhere to go. She might as well just sleep in the rain. Without any hope, Vikki nearly fell to her side on the cold ground...but noticed a shadow cast over her. She raised her weary eyes to see a little girl. Her hair was long and brown, a very dark brown that was soaking wet, braided and dripping.

Hey there guys! 8D This is Arven, and I'm here with yet another video about Chakra!

Now, I'd like to say that on December 16th, Chakra turned Four years old! 8D Man, that's a big honour! 8DDD

brought back memories, not only of the begining of the book but of some parts of my life. I used to really like the band nickle back. But a few of my friends often expressed how much they hated the band. For the longest time I tried to just ignore it despite my self perfectionism issue and fear of displeasing others. At least thoughs close to me. Eventually just couldn't take it. Snapped my cds and never listened to 'em since. I had a song by them that made sense to my life perfectly but I just can't bare to listen to them.

Anyways, sorry for venting.

It seems like you've improved a lot since you first started, and damn 4-years. I know I haven't been a fan for that long but that seems like so long. Like always can't wait to see more

It's not really that I do that. I am always still myself, I just don't know who I am. I've been lost as long as I could remember. Thanks to my birth family I honestly don't think I will ever be able to live for myself. But at least I can still find happiness and still achieve things, still stand out. It's strange..but life is strange.

And your welcome^^ Your newest releases make it easier to see what's going on and still includes lots of details an enriched colors. You do a good job at perspective and are excellent at making the characters look the same if you know what I mean.
