Ohkay... This took incredibly long O.o

I mean seriously. SO. MANY. DAMN. SCALES. O.O

But I must say, it was fun doing :) I had never drawn a realistic dragon before :D

So yeah, this is :iconisicken:'s first completed commission of their dragon character in realistic style.

I just love dem velociraptors from Jurassic park, don't you <3

Wow.

Why don't you just do less scales? I mean, i know with trees its easier and sometimes better to not draw every individual leaf, although one of my friends disagrees.... i would think it would be simular with dragons.
