Description

Oh well, I think title explains it XD

So, I was still experimenting with night scenes, when came up with this :P

So, I wrote down some of the things I noticed, and I was considering using option 2 for the comic.

What do you think? :)

#1: Blue gradient shading. Rather blurry, sometimes too bright for nighttime scenes

#2: black cell shading. Neat, very well defined black areas, character stands out surprisingly well.

Feel free to make your suggestion and even write a critique!
I'd be very grateful if you did :D

Thanks for your suggestions! I made my pick.

So there you go^^

i think that an area in between would be great, but you could use either one depending on the moons angle and brightness. try somthing depening like that and then it will look amasing. they are both amasingly done, you have done better than i thought you could ever do ^^ but you always do! but seriously, make the shadows allign with brightness and angle, and it will look amasing. like for this angle and brightness, a lighter shading of the black shadows would be perfect. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)"/> i can't wait to see you try it! good luck on your art! ~foxtail36
