Surprise Africa page! Well, once again, not quite a surprise for those who read my journal XD But anyway.
Africa finally comes down into the open, and the first thing she does is check the bushes, because they're OMG RUSTLING.
Um, who is this Chui anyway? Apparently, not anyone she likes.
Could that shadow in the bushes be "Chui"? The answer soon!
I want to improve, I greatly appreciate feedback and constructive criticism regarding anatomy, page flow and overall composition. Thank you!

Here I am, before a new issue of Africa!
This new page is a bit simpler to my eyes, in comparison to the previous others...but that does not mean I do not like it! ^^
Let's explain further what I am talking about:
First frame: I adore this one!...The way in which Africa appears from the shades of blue in the background is superb-looking, and causes a deep impact concerning the real threat she seems to represent now, in contrast to the softer, kind young leopard we had came to know...
In the second pannel we have a foregrounded clear vision of Africa's head while she tenses up at a noise, perking her ears up to identify it...
The light blue hues present in the frame makes the faintly, dim atmosphere more believable and compelling.
Third pannel: a panoramic vision allows us to see what's raising Africa's suspicion: some bushes rustle and stir, as she stands there in tension, staring intently at the source of the sound, her ears widely rose in the air with both annoyance and curiosity.
The trees to the foreground seem a bit less finished, and more of a scribble, but I still find this detail as being a minor issue, which does not bother me enough as to distract me from the beauty of the page.
In the fourth frame we get a big shot of Africa's face as she growls angerly at the intruder, her muzzle fircely wrinkled up, her teeth bare and her eyes gleaming wildly.
NOW THIS IS SOME LEOPARD!...
The little one we had known has changed quite a lot...I can definitely tell you that!...
Fifth and last pannel shows us a strange black shadow apparently jumping back at mid step, among the bushes...Africa stares furiously at it from behind the green foliage.
She is already crouching, and ready to pounce in case this is a menace...
The wildness in the only eye we can see from her is masterfully drawn!
Then, the shadow makes me wonder wether it's actually jumping back in the air -hence the lack of shadow in the bushes/ground before it...- or if it is actually crawling forth through the green, in which case I'd feel like some more dropped shades are missing...
Anyways, I still sustain this was a very good page, which leaves me wondering what will come to happen next!
"Chui", Africa said.
Is this the name of the intruder?
Or does she only suspect this is the one who hides among the bushes, tresspassing her territory?...
I can't wait to find out!
